New Member Aircraft
All new member aircraft will be inspected to assure air worthiness by a flight instructor, safety officer or a board member before it is flown. If any deficiencies are found, they must be corrected before the first flight. Fixed Wing training is available at no cost to all new members. Dues are pro-rated throughout the year for new members only.

request all members to complete so our database has all your

2) A copy of the flight line protocols to ensure safety and smooth
operations on the flight line and 3) Copy of the Flight Pattern Map
noting the Restricted Fly Zone over the Horse property so we can
maintain a
good relationship with our neighbors. Also remember to renew
your AMA membership for 2012 and send us a copy
or a print out from the AMA website verifying your renewal.

Reciprocal Club Flying Program
In order to allow the short-term use of the flying field by visiting, out-of-town RC pilots, the following conditions must be met:
a) Visiting pilot’s primary residence is located outside Southern California
b) Visiting pilot is a member of another AMA or MAAC affiliated club located outside Southern California
c) Visiting pilot provides proof of membership in the AMA or MAAC
d) Visiting pilot contacts Trabuco Flyers and arranges for an orientation at the field before first flight
e) Visiting pilot pays $25 fee for up to two weeks flying privileges
f) Visiting pilot privilege is limited to two consecutive weeks per year
g) Visiting pilot privilege can be revoked due to violation of club flying protocols
h) Visiting pilot program is offered at sole discretion of TF Board and may be revoked at any time
